Skill College invites applications for an Online Studio-Based Faculty – Grade 12 Commerce (Gujarati Medium) at Iskcon, Ahmedabad. The role is contract-based with evening lectures after 5:00 PM and daily live sessions.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, with strong Gujarati language skills and excellent communication. Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online lectures for Grade 12 Commerce in Gujarati medium.
• Conduct daily live sessions as per the academic schedule.
• Explain concepts clearly with focus on board exam preparation.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, and content.
• Use engaging teaching methods to keep students attentive.
• Demonstrate camera confidence during studio-based lectures.
• Address student queries during live sessions.
• Ensure alignment with GSEB/State Board curriculum and exam pattern.
• Collaborate with content teams to maintain quality.
• Participate in feedback sessions to improve delivery.

Fixed Salary:

₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging online lectures for Grade 12 Commerce students in Gujarati medium.
• Conduct daily live lectures as per the assigned academic schedule.
• Explain concepts clearly and effectively with a strong focus on board examination preparation.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, examples, and subject-related learning content.
• Use practical examples, storytelling, and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged.
• Demonstrate strong camera confidence and presentation skills during studio-based lectures.
• Address student queries and clarify concepts during live sessions.
• Ensure lectures are aligned with the GSEB/State Board curriculum and examination pattern.
• Collaborate with the academic and content teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of content.
• Participate in feedback and improvement sessions to continuously enhance lecture delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong command of Gujarati language, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of the Grade 12 Commerce syllabus and Gujarat State Board curriculum.
• Prior teaching experience for Grade 12 / Commerce / Board examinations will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching ability can also apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good camera confidence and ability to deliver engaging lectures in a studio environment.
