Codingal is seeking an Online Coding Instructor to empower K-12 students with live, interactive coding classes. You will teach projects, games, and apps, track progress, and communicate with parents to support learning goals.

You’ll participate in ongoing training and rely on ready-to-use curriculum to deliver engaging lessons from home. Join a flexible, work-from-home role with weekend availability, regular onboarding, and a supportive Codingal team that values creativity, patience, and clear

Competenze

• Must have a degree in CS/IT/CA or related field.
• Strong English communication.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Teach coding to K-12 students through live online classes.
• Help students build games, apps, and websites.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate with parents about students' learning progress.
• Participate in training and professional development sessions.

Who Can Apply?

• A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Good English communication skills and an interest in teaching children.
• A laptop or desktop with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.

Availability Requirements

• Minimum 100 teaching hours per month.
• Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.
• Flexible weekday slots based on your availability.
• Monthly Earnings: ₹35,000-₹80,000, based on teaching hours and performance.
• Payout per Class: ₹200-₹375, depending on the applicable payout structure.
