Job summary

BitGo Singapore is a MAS-regulated entity. The Onboarding Analyst role will be based in our Bangalore office, supporting APAC onboarding requirements for BitGo Singapore, and reporting to the Singapore Onboarding Manager.

You will conduct due diligence, review client onboarding, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years in compliance onboarding due diligence in fintech or crypto.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant compliance certifications, crypto/digital assets preferred.
• Good understanding of MAS PSN02 guidelines, notices and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) per policies.
• Periodic reviews based on KYC/KYB guidelines with timely updates.
• Provide high-quality customer service and manage onboarding communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for cohesive customer onboarding.
• Participate in AML/CFT and related training programs.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing account openings, conducting due diligence checks, and providing advice to various business functions for our MAS-regulated entity. Your main objective will be to ensure compliance with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements, while also identifying opportunities for onboarding process improvement to mitigate compliance risks.

BitGo Singapore is a Major Payment Institution regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The role will be based in our Bangalore office, supporting our APAC onboarding requirements for BitGo Singapore, and reporting to the Singapore Onboarding Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines;
• Conduct periodic review based on KYC/KYB CDD guidelines, ensuring timely updates and escalations where required;;
• Provide high-quality customer service by owning, monitoring, and improving customer service, handling customer inquiries, managing communications with customers throughout the entire onboarding process;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer onboarding and account administration;
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in a relevant compliance, onboarding, due diligence role, preferably within fintech or crypto domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Relevant compliance professional certifications, especially specialist certificates in crypto and digital assets preferred
• Good understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) PSN02 Guidelines, Notice and related laws, directives, regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
