Qualifications

• Experience with OMEGAMON Suite Administration.
• Experience monitoring z/OS and related subsystems (CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ).
• Ability to develop automated alerting and event correlation.
• Experience with RMF, SMF, and performance baselines.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/Event processes.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
