Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to Oracle ERP Cloud, including making REST and SOAP calls and FBDI file uploads.
• Extract Oracle ERP Cloud data using BI Publisher reports, analyze, and OTBI reports.
• Design and develop customizations using VBCS in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Provide hands‑on technical and development support for implemented Oracle ERP Cloud modules, integrations in OIC, and customizations using VBCS.
• Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents/Jira and change work.
• Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
• Manage on‑time changes delivery, business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands‑on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post‑implementation support using prescribed SDLC techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).
• Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.

Required Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud support experience and Groovy scripts.
• Experience with system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS cloud).
• Experience building integrations in OIC using REST/SOAP services.
• Experience building integrations in OIC, building and uploading FBDI files to Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud interface tables in financial and SCM modules.
• Hands‑on experience with XSLT and Groovy scripts.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration/integration methods such as SOAP, REST Web Services, FBDI, and ADF DI.
• Hands‑on experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Hands‑on development of packages and functions using SQL/PLSQL and exposing them as REST using ORDS.
• Good knowledge of building custom ESS jobs.
• Hands‑on with development and unit testing of integration components and web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC.
• Hands‑on with development and unit testing of VBCS components using OIC.
• Knowledge of Oracle R11i/12 ideal with functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules including Financials and Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools, some e‑Business application functionality, system administration, database structure, online patching, and knowledge of multi‑Org architecture.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory: FBDI files, OTBI reports, BIP analysis, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix script, XML Publisher, Groovy scripts.

Advantage: Oracle BI Publisher, WebADI, APEX.

Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.

Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations.

The ability to multi‑task and prioritize across concurrent workloads may be required.
