Job summary

Nem Laboratories in Vasai, Maharashtra is seeking personnel to support monthly production planning, generate BMR/BPR requisitions, and ensure accurate shop floor documentation. The role includes material indent coordination, production process monitoring, label preparation, and maintenance work orders. Training on cgmp and quality systems will be provided, with duties including job allocation to workers and end-of-day reconciliation.

Male candidate will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly production plan.
• Prepare BMR & BPR requisition as per production plan.
• Intimate indent of raw material and packing material.
• Maintain online documentation i.e. BMR, BPR, logbooks, etc.
• Monitor processes during granulation, compression, coating & packing.
• Prepare labels for shippers.
• Prepare finished goods transfer challan.
• Generate requisition for indent daily activities.
• Prepare work orders for maintenance.
• Conduct various trial batches as required.
• End-of-day reconciliation.
• Provide shop floor training to workers as per cGMP and quality system.
• Allocate jobs to workers.
