Location: Sahastradhara Road, Near I.T Park, Dehradun

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, answer calls & emails, and manage the front desk professionally.
  • Track and manage office supplies, place orders, and liaise with vendors — including tech/IT vendors.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems; assist in data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with teams to set up meeting rooms, demo setups, and make sure tech (projector, cables) is ready.
  • Support onboarding for new interns/employees — desk setup, welcome kits, employee records.
  • Help schedule meetings, calls, and internal events; maintain calendars.
  • Keep the office space clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to operations, HR, and technical teams.
