Job summary

Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) seeks a Manager/Assistant Manager - Offensive Security to lead advanced penetration testing, red team activities, and secure code reviews. You will drive vulnerability research, exploit development, and SDLC security integration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in offensive security, strong web vulnerability knowledge, and proficiency in multiple programming languages; OSCP/CEH/GWAPT/OSCE/OSWE certifications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of offensive security experience including red team/offensive security.
• Strong understanding of web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25).
• Experience with penetration testing tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, .NET, C++).
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GWAPT, OSCE, OSWE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Penetration Testing – in-depth testing of applications, systems, and networks using manual and automated tools.
• Red Teaming and Breach Attack Simulation: plan and execute realistic attack simulations against web, mobile and desktop applications.
• Secure Code Review (Offensive Perspective) – review code for vulnerabilities from an attacker perspective.
• Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development – stay updated on threats and exploit techniques.
• SDLC Integration Vulnerability Management – collaborate with development teams to integrate security testing into the SDLC.
• Security Tooling and Automation (Offensive Tools) – evaluate and customize offensive security tools.

Qualification:

B.E. / MCA / BCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc.-IT / B.Sc.-IT / Other qualifications in Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Penetration Testing- Perform in-depth penetration testing of applications, systems, and networks, using both manual techniques and automated tools.
• Red Teaming and Breach Attack Simulation: Plan and execute realistic attack simulations against our web, mobile and desktop applications to identify weaknesses and bypass security controls.
• Secure Code Review (Offensive Perspective): Conduct code reviews from an offensive perspective, identifying potential vulnerabilities that could be exploited by attackers.
• Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development: Stay up to date on the lastest security threats, vulnerabilities and exploit techniques.
• SDLC Integration Vulnerability Management : Collaborate with development teams to integrate security testing and red teaming activities into the SDLC and validate and verify the effectiveness of vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Security Tooling and Automation (Offensive Tools): Evaluate, recommend and customize offensive security tools and technologies.

Experience and Skills:

• 7+ Years into Offensive Security Expert -in Red Team/ Offensive Security.
• Strong understanding of Web application vulnerabilities (like OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25)
• Experience with various penetration testing tools and frameworks (e.g Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux).
• Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g Python, Java,.Net, C++).
• Certification (preferred) OSCP, CEH, GWAPT, OSCE, OSWE etc.
