Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured OET training sessions tailored for nursing professionals
• Train candidates in OET Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules
• Provide focused guidance on OET Writing (Nursing case notes) and Speaking role‑plays
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice sessions
• Track student progress and maintain training records
• Motivate and mentor students to achieve target OET scores
• Stay updated with latest OET exam patterns and assessment criteria
• Conduct online and/or classroom training sessions as required

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)
• Valid Nursing Registration (State / National)
• Certified OET Trainer or OET qualified (preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in OET training or related English training
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills

German Language Trainer (Native)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced German Tutor with first‑hand exposure to German culture and communication, ideally someone who has lived or studied in Germany for minimum 3 to 5 Years. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical German language sessions for learners at various levels — focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and intercultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive and structured German language classes (A1 to C2) levels or as per learner needs).

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Integrate real‑life examples, cultural insights, and communication practices learned from living in Germany.

Guide students in pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary with an emphasis on conversational fluency.

Prepare learners for Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification exams

Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.

Participate in curriculum development and student evaluation activities.

Stay updated with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in German language (minimum B2/C1 level).

Prior residence, study, or work experience in Germany (mandatory/preferred).

Strong communication and teaching skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).

Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or related field.

Certification in German language teaching (Goethe / TELC / ÖSD) preferred.
