The ideal candidate will excel in Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Agents), cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes ecosystem technologies, and GitLab CI/CD.

- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Elastic Stack solutions on OCI, OKE, and OpenShift.
- Deploy and maintain Elastic solutions on OCI clusters.
- Troubleshoot Elastic platform issues, performance, and health.
- Develop operational dashboards in Kibana and Grafana.
- Create unified observability dashboards by integrating multiple data sources.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and embed security controls into deployments.

We are seeking an experienced OCI DevSecOps & Elastic Observability Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise observability, monitoring, and DevSecOps solutions across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Kubernetes (OKE), OpenShift, and VM-based environments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Agents), cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes ecosystem technologies, and GitLab CI/CD. The role will be responsible for architecting scalable observability solutions, developing operational dashboards, implementing DevSecOps practices, and enhancing CI/CD automation for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage Elastic Stack solutions including:
- Elasticsearch
- Kibana
- Logstash
- Elastic Agents
- Elastic Operators
- Deploy and maintain Elastic solutions on OCI OKE clusters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Elastic platform, performance, indexing, ingestion, and cluster health issues.
- Design and develop operational, technical, and business dashboards using Kibana.
- Create unified observability dashboards in Grafana by integrating multiple monitoring data sources.
- Develop custom plugins, integrations, and instrumentation where out-of-the-box monitoring solutions are unavailable.
- Establish observability standards, monitoring frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Serve as the GitLab CI/CD Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Review existing CI/CD pipelines and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reusable CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, deployment, validation, and release processes.
- Integrate security controls and DevSecOps practices into deployment pipelines.
- Support application and infrastructure deployments across OCI and OpenShift environments.
- Manage and support OCI infrastructure components including:
- Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE)
- Virtual Machines
- Load Balancers
- Service Mesh
- Ingress/Egress Gateways
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Automate operational activities using Ansible and Helm Charts.
- Collaborate with platform engineering and DevOps teams to maintain highly available and secure environments.
- Develop automation scripts and utilities using:

- Automate monitoring, deployment, provisioning, and operational workflows.
- Build custom health‑check, monitoring, and reporting solutions.

10+ Years Overall Experience
Including:
- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering
- 3+ years in OCI & Kubernetes Platforms
- 3+ years in Elastic Stack / Observability Solutions
- Strong GitLab CI/CD implementation experience
