OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to act as a Forward Deployment Engineer inmedium-to-large opportunities for mid-sized clients; that may involve solutioning includingbut not limited to understanding client requirements, deployment planning, environmentconfiguration, integration design, testing, and go-live execution of AI-native and agentic AIsolutions. Mid-market companies increasingly require rapid deployment of AI capabilitiesthat can generate measurable business outcomes while integrating seamlessly with existingtechnology landscapes. These organizations require scalable, repeatable, and right-sizeddeployment approaches that accelerate time-to-value and minimize implementation risk.The role requires theability to rapidly configure integrations, validate architecture assumptions, resolvedeployment challenges, and accelerate realization of business value.As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will assist sales, delivery, architecture,engineering, and client teams in deploying AI-native solutions, agentic workflows, andautomation capabilities within client environments. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Deployment, Integration & Forward Deployment EngineeringTranslate deployment requirements into executable implementation plans using deepknowledge of AI-native solutions, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations.Collaborate with Sales Pursuit, Solution Architects, Engineering, and Delivery Teams toensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
• Deploy and configure pre-built agentic AI solutions within client environments whilepreserving solution integrity and performance standards.
• Act as the technical bridge between architecture, engineering, delivery, and client teamsduring implementation activities.
• Identify deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful golive execution.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and operational requirements.
• Client Environment Integration & ConfigurationAdapt integrations, data connections, APIs, and workflows to align with client-specifictechnical landscapes.
• Deploy AI solutions into AWS and GCP environments while ensuring optimalperformance and reliability.
• Configure authentication, access controls, monitoring, and operational supportrequirements.
• Integrate AI assets with enterprise systems, data platforms, collaboration tools, andbusiness applications.
• Validate deployment readiness through testing, performance assessment, andenvironment verification.
• Go-Live Execution & Operational ReadinessLead deployment activities and support rapid go-live execution for AI solutions andagentic workflows.Conduct deployment validation, smoke testing, and operational readiness assessments.Drive issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution during implementation andstabilization phases.
• Ensure seamless handoff to operations and delivery teams through documentation andknowledge transfer.
• Develop reusable deployment accelerators, templates, and best practices that improveimplementation efficiency.
• Client Engagement & AdvisoryEstablish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, architects, engineers,and operations teams.Conduct deployment workshops, technical assessments, and implementation planningsessions.

Qualifications

• ExperienceMinimum 5 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, solution deployment, systemsintegration, or platform implementation.Experience deploying applications and services within AWS and or GCP environments.Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and cloudnative services.Experience leading deployment planning, implementation activities, testing, and go livesupport.Demonstrated ability to translate architecture designs into production readyimplementations.Experience troubleshooting deployment issues and optimizing application performance.Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• EducationBachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience .
• Associate degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred SkillsDeep understanding of cloud deployment architectures, DevOps practices, and systemintegrations.Experience with AWS and GCP services, networking, security, and deploymentautomation.Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, data integration, and enterprise applicationconnectivity.Experience supporting AI native, agentic AI, automation, or intelligent workflowsolutions.Understanding of CI CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational supportmodels.Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to lead complex deployment efforts across multiple teams and environments.Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.The candidate should have PE VC mentality.
