Ashnik Pte Ltd is seeking an Observability and GenAI Solutions Practice Head to lead the design and deployment of scalable observability platforms for enterprise customers. You will architect AI-driven architectures that blend open-source tech with GenAI capabilities, and drive customer engagements from discovery through implementation.

In this senior, customer-facing role you’ll collaborate with BFSI, digital native, and high-growth tech clients to deliver resilient, high-performance systems,

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, observability, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing and deploying Elastic Stack solutions in production.
• Strong experience in building Search solutions, APM, SIEM, or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and deploy next-generation observability platforms with open-source tech and GenAI.
• Lead engagements with enterprise customers to build scalable, intelligent architectures.
• Present technical solutions and architecture options to stakeholders.
• Provide L3 technical guidance for ongoing customer engagements.
• Support pre-sales activities: discovery, sizing, and cost modeling.
• Build observability stacks with Elastic, OTEL Collectors, GenAI, Kafka.

Observability and GenAI Solutions Practice Head

About the Role

Ashnik is looking for a smart and hands‑on Solutions Lead with deep expertise in observability and modern AI‑driven architectures.
This is a senior, customer‑facing role where you will design, architect and deploy next‑generation observability platforms that combine open‑source technologies with cutting‑edge GenAI capabilities.
You will work with enterprise customers across BFSI, Digital Native, and High‑Growth Tech organizations, helping them build scalable, intelligent, and resilient architectures.

What You Bring

• 8 to 10 years of experiencein solution architecture, data engineering, observability, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing and deploying Elastic Stack solutionsin production environments.
• Strong experience in buildingSearch solutions, APM, SIEM, or analytics platforms.
• Practical experience deploying and managingOTEL Collectorsfor metric/log/trace ingestion.
• Experience building platforms that handlelarge‑scale data ingestion (terabytes to petabytes/day).
• Hands‑on experience withCloud‑native services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Linux, Python, shell scripting, ETL pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Understanding of building systems with Object Storage (S3, MinIO, OCI).
• Prior involvement in pre‑sales, proposal creation, customer workshops, or architecture reviews is a plus.
• Curiosity and capability tokeep up with evolving trends in GenAI, Observability and Cloud‑native engineering
• Architect and build modern observability solutions usingElastic, OTEL Collectors, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, Kafka and other open source technologies.
• Design and deploy solutions where customers ingest and querypetabytes of data per daywith high availability and performance.
• Build and optimizesearch, analytics, and real‑time telemetry platformsusing Elastic technology.
• Design and deployGenAI‑based solutionsthat support search, reasoning, enrichment, summarization, and automated insights.
• Work closely with potential customers in pre‑sales: discovery, solution shaping, architecture options, sizing and cost models.
• Present technical solutions, architecture proposals, and competitive insights to technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide L3‑level technical expertise and guidance for ongoing customer engagements.
• Experience withRAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience building or integratingAI Agentsfor automation or insight generation.
• Experience deployingML algorithms for anomaly detection or predictive analytics.
• Certifications in Elastic, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes and related technologies.
