Responsibility
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • In-depth knowledge about design, configuration, and administration of Office 365 services (Exchange on Premises, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, SPF, DKIM, DMARK records).
  • Maintain Exchange Mailbox, Edge Servers, troubleshooting complex issues with Exchange servers, Exchange Application patching,
  • Develop and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Manage hybrid environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Office 365 issues, providing Tier 3/SME-level support.
  • Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
  • Monitor service health, licensing, and capacity, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, roadmap changes, and emerging technologies.
Good-to-Have
  • Overall familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, End User Computing technology concepts and background.
  • Experience with Intune
  • Understanding of API integrations and Microsoft Graph.
  • Tenancy migration and creation, multi tenancy management
  • Knowledge on Conditional Access.
