Job summary

Xylem is seeking an O2C Cash Application Analyst in Vadodara, Gujarat, India to optimize cash application processes using High Radius CAA and Emagia. The role collaborates with global teams in an on-site setting within the Global Shared Services – Order to Cash group.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–5+ years in cash application, with strong Excel, English communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and monitor automated and manual cash application activities using High Radius CAA and Emagia.
• Analyze unapplied cash and implement resolution strategies with CLS, DMS & EIPP teams.
• Act as SME for High Radius & Emagia CAA processes and workflows.
• Lead and/or support continuous improvement projects to streamline cash app processes.
• Reconcile payment data discrepancies between ERP and CAA/Emagia modules.
• Generate KPI metrics, support audits, and ensure internal controls.
