Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting of hardware and O/S Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance.
2. Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Printers, Local printers and Scanner Hardware Support (Troubleshooting) with Laptop and Desktop, Internet connectivity, Networking devices (Modem, Switch, and Wi-Fi Device) & Internet Related Issue LAN Wired/Wi-Fi, Internet, DHCP.
3. Projector connectivity over Desktop or Laptop.
4. VC check and Provide Support for Connect.
5. Provide Remote support using software such as Team Viewer, Ammyy Admin.
6. Joining Systems in the Domain.
7. Taking backups and restoring users data.
8. MS Outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
