Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a CAD software engineer to develop and maintain custom NX/CAD applications using NXOpen APIs with C#, C++, or Python. You will create automation scripts and tailor the NX UI, templates, and dialogs to fit business processes.

You will work on XSLT data transformations for CAD-PLM integrations and support OpenJT lightweight 3D visualization. Collaboration across design, manufacturing and PLM teams is essential to understand technical needs and deliver robust tooling.

Qualificações

• Experience with NXOpen APIs (C#, C++, Python) and automation.
• Exposure to CAD-PLM integrations and Teamcenter a plus.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills with CAD toolchains.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with OpenJT for handling lightweight 3D models and visualization tasks.


• Integrate NX applications with PLM systems like Teamcenter (desirable).


• Perform CAD tool enhancements, unit testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.


• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and PLM teams to understand technical needs.

Key Skills & Technologies:

• NXOpen: C#, C++, Python (preferred)


• Scripting: NX Journaling, Python, VBScript


• XSLT: Data transformation for CAD-PLM integrations


• OpenJT: Lightweight 3D visualization support


• Version Control: Git/SVN (preferred)


• Knowledge of CAD data structure, assemblies, and model configuration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or related field


• Experience working in an Agile environment


• Exposure to PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)


• Good problem-solving and debugging skills with CAD toolchains
