Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized nutrition and fitness plans tailored to clients individual needs.

• Provide virtual coaching sessions through video calls, chat support, and online programs.

• Educate clients on proper nutrition, meal planning, and exercise techniques.

• Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure goal attainment.

• Offer motivation and support to encourage clients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, scientific research, and best practices in nutrition and fitness.

• Collaborate with other fitness and healthcare professionals when needed.

• Create engaging content for clients, including meal guides, workout plans, and wellness tips.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Fitness Coach with accredited credentials.
