Job description
1. Role and Responsibilities

To achieve agreed area Business Growth by developing and managing mutually beneficial relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) / Doctors and consumers while building organization image through ethical and transparent behaviour.

2. Main Duties and Functions
  • To effectively communicate and discuss the product feature/benefits to HCP
  • Discuss scientific reports and research data with HCP
  • Networking and co‑ordination with sales team to achieve decided business objectives
  • Effective Execution of Marketing Strategies
  • Conduct customer and consumer engagement activities as per brand plan to generate prescriptions
  • Analyse and report feedback on executed campaigns.
  • Build healthcare partnership with HCP
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who will be voice of your brand
  • Conduct CMEs to deliver customised information on nutrition through interactive sessions
  • Handle product‑related customer queries
  • Call on Chemist (RCPA) and distributors to track movement of products in the territory and ensure adequate availability of product range.
  • Achieve and exceed sales target on a consistent basis through effective implementation of marketing strategies and follow‑up initiatives.
  • Be informed and report the knowledge about competitor product and new introductions, promotional strategies & activities.
  • Explore new business opportunities in the assigned territories.
  • Daily preparation, analysis & recording of each call as per company guidelines.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly reviews to analyse performance and target plan achievement.
  • Regularly update knowledge on nutrition facts to have scientific discussions with stakeholders and improve in‑clinic effectiveness.

Job Specifications

Education Background: B Pharm/B Sc graduate with 2–4 years of experience.
