Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
• Build scalable backend services and microservices using REST APIs and gRPC.
• Develop backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design scalable application architecture and contribute to system design discussions.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases through efficient schema design, indexing, and query tuning.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
• Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in full-stack software development.

• Experience designing and building Microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services.
• Strong understanding of System Design, software architecture, and scalable distributed systems.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, testing, and production support skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java in addition to Python.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Protobuf, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
