Job summary

Vedkan Education Services seeks an experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultant in Vadodara to provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services, including interpretation of PET-CT, SPECT-CT and related studies. You will report findings, evaluate patients and participate in treatment planning in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires MBBS with MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine, valid medical registration, and experience with PET-CT/SPECT-CT reporting; radionuclide therapy

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
• Experience in PET-CT/SPECT-CT and nuclear medicine reporting preferred.
• Experience in radionuclide therapy will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report PET-CT, SPECT-CT and other nuclear medicine investigations.
• Perform clinical assessment and provide appropriate nuclear medicine recommendations.
• Supervise and guide nuclear medicine procedures and protocols.
• Participate in radionuclide therapy where applicable and within approved scope of practice.
• Ensure appropriate radiation-safety and patient-safety practices.
• Correlate nuclear medicine findings with clinical history, laboratory results and other imaging.
• Communicate significant findings and treatment recommendations to referring physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Work collaboratively with Radiology, Oncology, Surgery, Internal Medicine and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory and radiation-safety standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultant to provide expert diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services, including interpretation of PET-CT, SPECT-CT and other nuclear medicine studies. The consultant will be responsible for accurate reporting, patient evaluation, treatment planning and coordination with other clinical departments.
