HR India Solutions in Mumbai/Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Associate Non-Life Actuarial with 4–7 years of experience to deliver high-quality actuarial consulting services to clients in India and overseas, focusing on IFRS 17 implementation, assurance, audits, and due diligence.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years in non-life actuarial work and has passed at least six actuarial papers (IAI/IFoA); experience with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 and India market exposure preferred; strong Excel and programming

Qualifications

Job description

- Role: Senior Associate Non-Life Actuarial- Experience: 4 to 7 years- Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

The role is for anon-life actuarialprofessional with 4-7 years of experience.

You will be providing high-quality consulting and technical services to our clients both in India and overseas. Focusing onnon-life insurance, you will work onactuarialconsulting projects across multiple streams such as IFRS 17 implementation & assurance, audit reviews, M&A due diligence, staff
augmentation etc.

I. QUALIFICATION

• 1. 4-7 years ofactuarialexperience in Insurance or Consulting Firms inNon-Life domain
• 2. At least 6actuarialpapers passed from IAI / IFoA as per the new curriculum
• 3. Prior experience with IFRS 17 / Ind AS 117 preferred
• 4. Prior experience of working in the India domestic market through insurance or consulting preferred

II. EXPERTISE

• 5. Expertise in one or more of: IFRS 17, reserving, pricing and product development,automation ofactuarialprocesses
• 6. Thorough understanding ofnon-life insurance products and Indian statutory requirements preferred
• 7. Excellent knowledge of Excel
• 8. Working knowledge of Python and / or VBA preferred
