Job Description:

We are seeking a NOC Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining the observability of our infrastructure, databases, and platform applications. The NOC team acts as a liaison between technical support, development, and infrastructure teams, executing operations based on documented procedures.

Qualifications:
  • BTech/BE/MCA degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role
Work Experience:
  • Alert identification, reporting, and tracking using monitoring tools
  • Incident tracking and coordination through logs
  • Strong Linux and networking skills
  • Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx, etc.)
  • Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Kibana, Grafana
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
  • Systematic troubleshooting across code, systems, and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP)
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor servers, network, storage, databases, and applications 24/7 in shifts
  • Manage alerts related to infrastructure and application services
  • Escalate incidents following standard procedures
  • Prepare and send daily/weekly reports to designated recipients
  • Follow up on escalated incidents until resolution
  • Maintain and update escalation procedures and documentation
  • Ensure SLAs are met through incident management
  • Develop and implement new operational strategies and solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and wiki
