Job summary

Zupee is seeking a finance and operations professional to own MIS, metrics, and cost management across the company, driving efficiency and data-driven decision making.

You will prepare operational, business and financial metrics, reconcile with statutory books, manage P&L costs, track expenses against budget, support fundraising, M&A, international expansion, and build competitor databooks to benchmark best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS, Ops metrics, cohorts, adhoc reporting for management and investors
• Reconciliation with the statutory books
• Preparation of Operational, Business & Financial metrics and doing their first level analysis
• Own the entire cost piece of P&L, analysing and bringing efficiency to it
• Owning and controlling the company wide expenses, doing cost benefit analysis, tracking against the budget available
• Contribute in Fundraises, business restructuring, M&A opportunities, international expansion, and new business/products diversification.
• Preparing competitor databook, further analysis of their movement and bringing best practices thereof
