HRA is paid on top of the pay. The selected candidate will not get any allowance such as Dearness Allowance, Residential Telephone, Transport facility or Personal Staff. Transit accommodation may be given under the institute's rules, and the licence fee for it will be charged. The accommodation must be vacated when the appointment ends or the tenure expires, whichever is earlier.
