We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.This position is for Network Expert to be a part of Connectivity Service team to provide Operations support in 24*7 rotational shift.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, networked peripheral devices.Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports Leveraging toolkits like Solarwinds, Dynatrace and NexthingReceive, respond, and resolve incoming incidents and requests under agreed SLAs.Perform remote analyze, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end usersRecommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairsPractice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventoryPrepare, maintain, and adhere to procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring network dataLiaise with, and provide training and support to, help desk support staff on network issues.Perform network equipment updates and respond to security auditsPerform system backups and recoveryOperational experience with or immediate on the job training in Zscaler, DNAC and Palo Alto Networks security equipment will need to be achieved.Qualifications Required:BE, MSc, MCA, Computer Science or related discipline.Experience (Years): Minimum 4 years related experienceTechnologies required:Experience working on DNAC and ISE (Cisco).
