Job summary

Allianz Partners in India is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to oversee field services, network onboarding, and depot administration. You will drive AI-enabled insights and manage large teams to optimize network presence and fleet mix while ensuring compliance and cost control.

The role requires a strong data-driven approach, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate or technical diploma required.
• 15+ years of experience in automotive industry or large field service operations.
• Mandatory experience in field operations.
• Experience in managing large teams.
• Strong multitasking ability and data-driven approach.
