Job summary
Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Resolution Specialist to maintain and optimize complex network and internet site communications. You will design and operate SD-WAN, manage core and access networking, and implement security and cloud connectivity across AWS and Azure.
The role emphasizes collaboration, on-call support, and customer-focused problem resolution. You will work in a hybrid-friendly environment in Bengaluru, contributing to architecture definitions, incident response, and deployment
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Support/Resolution or similar.
- Proven ability to plan and implement scalable L2/L3 network solutions across platforms.
- Expertise in internet site communications, network systems and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Kyndryl's high-traffic site communications and network systems.
- Design and operate SD-WAN overlay networks and routing with BGP.
- Manage Cisco Core–Access LAN, VLANs, STP, and redundancy.
- Oversee wireless networking and Wi-Fi RF optimization onboard ships.
- Configure Fortinet security, VPNs, and segmentation (VDOMs).
- Provide on-call support, training, and assist in proposal writing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testable, resilient systems.

As a Technical Resolution Specialist, you'll be the engineer of scalable local and wide-area network solutions, bridging multiple platforms and protocols, including IP and VOIP. Your mission is to ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and orchestrate the installation of vital components such as routers and switches in collaboration with our trusted vendors. But that's not all – you'll also be at the forefront of innovation, developing tools to automate network system deployment, administration, and monitoring, while actively participating in project planning and implementation.
