Role & Responsibilities

• The candidate should be familiar with NetApp storage architecture, including basic concepts of NetApp.
• Knowledge of cloning processes is required.
• Understanding of data protection and storage efficiency techniques.
• Scripting skills are a plus; the candidate should be able to comprehend scripts.
• Ability to troubleshoot storage issues and understand critical events reported on storage systems.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as AIX, Linux, and Windows, along with SAN & NAS infrastructure and zoning.
• Understanding of storage reporting and monitoring.
• Ability to raise tickets for reported events or part replacements and perform related activities.
• Knowledge of AIQ for storage wellness and risk mitigation.
• Good communication skills and confidence.
• Basic understanding of host-side configurations.
• Experience with backup software is an advantage.
