Job summary

Talpro in Bangalore South, India seeks a seasoned .NET Technical Lead (8+ to 20 years) to lead Scrum teams and build scalable web apps on the Microsoft stack. You will drive architecture, design, and delivery across the SDLC while mentoring juniors.

This fixed-term direct contract offers hybrid work (3 days in office weekly), INR 25 LPA, and immediate notice. Strong hands-on in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Azure, EF Core, Dapper, and unit testing required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core and .NET 6+ frameworks.
• Experience with EF Core and Dapper ORM.
• Knowledgable in SignalR, unit testing frameworks like xUnit/bUnit.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, MVVM and component-based architecture.
• Experience leading Scrum teams and delivering scalable web apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum team across SDLC – from requirements to release
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / Blazor
• Prepare architecture diagrams, low-level design, and tech documentation
• Drive secure coding practices and peer code reviews
• Create and maintain unit tests using xUnit or bUnit
• Use ORM tools like EF Core and Dapper for data access
• Work with SQL Server to develop SPs, Triggers, Views
• Implement and deploy solutions via Azure DevOps pipelines
• Manage deployments and cloud administration in Azure
