Job Description

We are looking for Lead Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Software Engineers .NET Full Stack to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and enhance high-quality software components within the TGW architecture for global warehouse automation solutions.

You will work on complex technical modules, contribute to software architecture, collaborate with global cross‑functional teams, and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications. Based on your experience, you will also provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular (preferred) or React.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop software for controlling and monitoring TGW mechatronic systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Controls Engineering, and global development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to unit, integration, and system testing.
• Support CI/CD, deployment automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence (Senior/Lead roles).

Required Skills

• 4–10 years of experience in .NET Full Stack development.
• Strong experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Angular (preferred) or React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or MQTT.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience in automation, warehouse management, or industrial software.
