Job summary

RWS is seeking a skilled software engineer in Mumbai to design, develop, and modernize enterprise web and mobile apps using AI-first approaches and full-stack tech.

You will build secure REST APIs, integrate LLMs such as Claude and Codex, and manage CI/CD, ensuring high availability and scalable solutions for global users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate; Office work is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (Claude/Codex).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Job Overview

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using .NET Core and/or Python.
• Build and maintain secure REST APIs and microservices.
• Integrate Claude AI, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini, and other LLM APIs into business applications.
• Modernize legacy applications using AI-first development practices.
• Integrate applications with SAP, HRMS, Active Directory, and enterprise systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production support.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.Develop, enhance, and support enterprise web/mobile applications.

Skills & Experience

• Backend: .NET Core, C#, Python, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Microservices.
• Security: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, Authentication & Authorization.
• AI & LLMs: Claude AI, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs.
• Vector Databases: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Elasticsearch.
• AI Concepts: Embeddings, Semantic Search, Vector Indexing, RAG, Document Retrieval.
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP, GitHub, CI/CD.
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Enterprise Integration: SAP, REST APIs, Active Directory.

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
• Work from Office is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience with AI-powered development tools, especially Claude and Codex.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
