eClerx LLC is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer to design and implement features with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.

You will work closely with Business Analysts to ensure correct requirements, and drive best practices across the team, including performance tuning and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a .Net Fullstack Developer, handling both project delivery and operational maintenance (Run).
• Proficiency in C# and Angular with deep knowledge of backend and frontend balance.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, and DDD principles.

Key responsibilities and duties of the role

Fullstack Software Developer

• Develop features that have been analyzed and specified upstream by the Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on testing and ensuring expected software behavior.
• Ensure compliance with current standards and procedures (architecture, security, quality, and documentation).
• Diagnose application performance/health, design action plans to reduce technical debt, and execute them.
• Promote development best practices across the team.
• Liaise and communicate with production teams regarding the installation, configuration, or deployment of required software components.
• Acquire deep logical and functional knowledge of the applications to proactively propose technical or functional improvements.
• Conduct technology watch and monitor industry trends.
• Contribute to run activities, including both corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
• Participate in Level 2 technical support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8 years of experience as a .Net Fullstack Developer, handling both project delivery and operational maintenance (Run).

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in C#
• Strong command of Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD, and DDD
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment: Git, Bitbucket, XLD/XLR)
• Strong knowledge of TSQL and SQL Server database management
• Expertise in API enablement (API design, Gateway, security, and resilience)
• Proficiency in Angular
• Solid understanding of IT/tech culture and IT department processes
• Interest in or initial experience with integrating AI solutions into development workflows (e.g., Kilocode, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding tools)
• General knowledge of Capital Markets and/or Asset Management is a strong plus
