Job Role: Sr Technical Lead

Exp: 8+ Years

Location: Greater Noida

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Azure, and React to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical leadership, make sound architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Web API development.
• Strong front-end development experience using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Good database experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, and cloud-native application hosting.
• Experience with source control and engineering tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, Postman, and application monitoring tools.

Architecture & Design

• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, SOLID principles, GoF design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Good understanding of scalable system design, API standards, integration patterns, performance optimization, resilience, and observability.
• Ability to create high-level and low-level design documents, sequence diagrams, solution diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, solution architecture, and implementation decisions for .NET, Azure, and React-based applications.
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, promote best practices, and ensure maintainable, secure, and scalable delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers across front-end, back-end, API, database, and cloud implementation areas.
• Create and maintain design documents and supporting artifacts, including sequence diagrams, solution diagrams, API specifications, deployment views, and related technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies, story grooming, estimation, sprint planning, technical assurance, and delivery readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support performance tuning, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution across application layers.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, availability, maintainability, performance, logging, monitoring, and compliance.
