.Net Framework Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented candidate who can actively contribute and take ownership of building new applications and maintaining existing applications on Microsoft .NET framework technologies. The work involves developing front-end and back-end software solutions of simple to high complexity performing plant automation.

Qualification

• B. E. / B.Tech. / MCA / BCA / M. Sc.

Responsibility

• Interpret and map functional and non-functional requirements to technical specifications.
• Interact and work closely with various cross-functional stakeholders to ensure application development meets product/project specification requirements.
• Develop software solutions based on approved design, application development standards, and quality processes to deliver efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of the applications.
• Develop and execute unit test cases and white box tests.
• Perform code reviews and guide junior members for corrections.
• Fix defects/bugs and provide support.
• Active participation and support to Tech. Lead in developing artifacts such as high-level/technical design.
• Identify standardization opportunities and proactively identify technical risks and their mitigations.
• Support lead/presales team with estimates for new functionalities, keeping in mind existing dependencies and potential risks.

Required Skillset

• Excellent knowledge of OOPS concepts.
• Hands-on experience in .Net framework with VB.Net, C#.Net, WPF, WCF, and building/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Design and development of scalable, object-oriented, large, and real-time applications and background processes.
• Well-versed with Entity Framework and writing medium to complex SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with design patterns and best practices in building enterprise products/components.
• Good knowledge and experience of working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of working with microservices-based architecture.
• Experience with enterprise-grade applications and third-party application integrations.
• Experience in Telerik Tools for WPF would be an added advantage.
• Experience in the automation industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools TFS and Git.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to be an effective contributor in multi-cultural teams.
