Job summary

UST is seeking a Software Developer proficient in Azure cloud services and .NET to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure applications utilizing Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Azure SQL, and other Azure services.

The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET expertise, cloud-architecture knowledge, and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in C# and .NET frameworks with Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native apps using Azure Functions and related services.
• Implement and optimize backend services, APIs, and workflows for client requirements.
• Develop and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Azure SQL Database.
• Manage caching with Azure Cache for Redis to improve performance.
• Ensure secure integration with Azure API Management, Key Vault, and Managed Identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Automate deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Git, and related tools.
• Monitor performance with Application Insights and Log Analytics, troubleshooting proactively.
• Implement file-based ingestion, batch processing, and data validation for large data volumes.
• Adhere to cloud-architecture best practices, resilient workflows, and retry mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
