Job summary

IDS Next is seeking a skilled VB.NET/C# developer to design and build proof‑of‑concepts and serve as a trusted technical adviser to customers. The role emphasizes cloud-enabled solutions and staying current with Azure services.

You will work on migrations to Azure, implement web services, and contribute to architectural design, integration, and DevOps practices, ensuring scalable, secure applications for hospitality platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience with VB.NET/C#, and .NET Framework 4.0+.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and ASP.NET/MVC.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML/JSON, and cloud migrations to Azure.
• Proficiency in deploying on Azure and using PaaS components (Web Apps, Functions, API Apps).
• Experience with responsive UIs (Bootstrap/Flex) and secure cloud solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in VB.NET, C#, .NET
  Framework 4.0 and above.
• Good Knowledge about Object Oriented Programming
• Well-versed with ASP.NET, MVC, SOAP, XML, JSON, Web
  Services and RESTful Services.
• Trouble shooting tools and technique, Problem solver (Technical / Process / Other Challenges).
• Understands web application migration to Microsoft Azure and
  have done a solution migration.
• Cloud feasibility assessment with an ability to propose optimal
  cloud solution on Azure. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in
  developing applications using PaaS components like “Web
  Apps”,” Web Jobs”,” API Apps”, Functions, ”Mobile Apps”, Azure
  SQL, Storage etc.
• Hands-on proficiency on Deployment on Azure and other
  Microsoft platforms is mandatory.
• Experience in planning and executing migration programs to
  Azure and hybrid landscapes
• Experience in designing cloud solutions for scalability, high
  availability
• Expertise in designing secure applications on Azure
• Proven ability to communicate with audience at all levels
• DevOps knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures / Algorithms.
• Experience writing modular/reusable code.
• Experience with Responsive Frameworks like Bootstrap / Flex.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design concepts.
