Job summary

Cognizant in Bengaluru is seeking .NET Core Full Stack Developers with 8–14 years of software engineering experience. Primary skills include .NET Core, C#, SQL, Azure, Angular/React, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires strong design and coding abilities, cloud experience, and a proven history of delivering enterprise-scale applications with distributed teams. Immediate availability with a 30-day notice is preferred; Bangalore-only location.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high-level programming languages (C# with ASP.NET Core is preferred).
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.
• Good experience of using Coding agents to plan, build software and solving problems
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• 5+ years of building enterprise level software with strong understanding of System components.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms and associated time/memory complexity.
• Broad understanding of your role and function within the overall business strategy, aiding in project decision-making.
• Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, mentoring, and coaching peers.
• Experience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, Cassandra etc.
• Experience with CI/CD-driven production cycles.
