Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET AWS Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in .NET technologies, microservices, and extensive hands‑on experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using .NET Core and AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
• Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for cloud‑native applications.
• Design and implement microservices‑based architecture and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.
• Mentor development teams and support DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Provide guidance on performance tuning, optimization, and cost control in cloud environments.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and web API development.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Good to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., SQS, Kafka).
• Exposure to front‑end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.
