Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and guide them to their seats.
• Provide information and safety instructions to passengers.
• Check that seat belts and galleys are secure before take-off.
• Make announcements on behalf of the crew and respond to passenger questions.
• Assist with serving meals and refreshments and advise on duty-free restrictions.
• Provide first aid or assist with basic medical needs when required.
