Qualifications

  • Experience in NDR / logistics / e-commerce operations preferred.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Comfortable making calls and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Call customers for NDR orders and understand the reason for non-delivery.
  • Communicate with delivery agents / courier partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Update correct address, contact details, or delivery preferences after speaking with customers.
  • Coordinate with the fulfilment / operations team to re-attempt delivery.
  • Ensure timely closure of NDR cases.
  • Maintain proper records and update status in the system.
  • Reduce RTO and improve successful delivery rate.

Key Responsibilities:
