Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a skilled Naval Architect to prepare preliminary and detailed designs for new building projects, including hull form design, structural design, and stability analysis. You will review calculations and drawings to ensure compliance with regulations, develop design concepts and specifications, and prepare material estimates and cost budgets.

You will advise through all stages of the construction cycle to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and adherence

Qualifications

• Prepare preliminary and detailed designs for new building projects, including hull form design, structural design, and stability analysis.
• Review naval architectural calculations and drawings prepared by others to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop design concepts, specifications, and details for ship construction; prepare material estimates and cost budgets.
• Advises on the structural and naval architect design concepts, calculations and applications during all stages of the construction cycle of marine vessel / platforms etc.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provides technical and critical business inputs to the design engineering process in the phases such as problem definition, conceptual design, preliminary design, detailed design, and design communication
