Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Android Developer with expertise in native development. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in mobile application development, with deep knowledge of Android technologies. Proficiency in Java and Kotlin is required, along with a strong understanding of SDKs, file creation, and compilation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance native Android applications.
• Ensure deep understanding and application of native development principles.
• Work with Java and Kotlin for Android development; troubleshoot issues related to SDKs and compilation processes.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability.
• Work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with teams.
• Develop applications following industry standards and security guidelines, including PCI and RBI guidelines if applicable.
• Debug, analyze, and resolve issues within the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Android native development.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in native Android mobile application development.
• Strong command of Java and Kotlin.
• Understanding of SDKs and file creation for Android.
• Deep knowledge of compilation processes and framework interactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve development challenges independently.
• Exposure to industry security standards such as PCI and RBI guidelines is preferred.
• Experience with watchOS and PODS system is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

This requirement is for the HDFC and the client needs the candidate to work onsite (HDFC office).
