Job summary

Zoho in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Research Analyst to onboard, manage, and analyze mutual fund accounts. You will execute SIPs/SWPs/STPs, perform fund research and prepare client reports, adhering to SEBI/AMFI regulations.

The role requires 2–4 years of mutual fund experience, strong numerical ability, and proficiency in Excel and data analytics. Office hours are 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday at our Navi Mumbai location.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience and knowledge about various mutual funds.

• Ability to read and comprehend financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist for onboarding individual, corporate, or minor investment accounts on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
• Execute orders such as SIPs, SWPs, STPs, redemptions, dividends and switches for mutual fund clients.
• Prepare and send periodic performance and other reports to clients.
• Reconcile accounts and portfolios daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Conduct thorough research of various mutual funds to provide informed recommendations.
• Manage mutual fund trading platforms such as BSE STAR MF, IFA Planet, ICICI Prudential Technology, FundzBazar.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI and other regulatory bodies.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding investments and account matters.

• Assist for onboarding individual, corporate, or minor investment accounts on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
• Execute orders such as systematic investment plans (SIP), systematic withdrawal plans (SWP), systematic transfer plans (STP), redemptions, dividends and switches for mutual fund clients.
• Prepare and send periodic performance and oth er relevant reports to clients
• Reconcile accounts and portfolios on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Conduct thorough research of various mutual funds to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Manage and operate multiple popular mutual fund trading platforms, including BSE STAR MF, IFA Planet, ICICI Prudential Technology, and FundzBazar.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding their investments and account-related matters

Requirements

Qualification :

• Economics / Management / Finance graduate or postgraduate
• Candidates havingNISM-Series-V certification are preferred but not mandatory.
