thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Master Data & ERP Data Governance professional to govern global master data in ERP systems and drive data quality across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience with Power BI, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, along with scripting in VBA and Python. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success in this international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or similar; 10–12 years of work experience ideally in an international company.
• Technical and analytical skills across multiple process disciplines and supporting information systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
• Familiar with PowerBI setup, maintenance, debugging, and Row Level Security functions.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with VBA and Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional international teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C2-Level).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern global master data within the ERP system.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with master data governance standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders for sustainable master data management.
• Be a key contact for creation, validation, modification and QA of ERP master data for global business.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs including data analysis.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for ERP data.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting methodologies, data quality, and structures.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for global entities.
• Track KPI deviations and support corrective actions.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions for internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and govern and continuously improve global master data within the ERP system
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined master data governance standards and processes
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure sustainable master data management processes
• Be a key contact for the creation, validation, modification and quality assurance of ERP master data for the global business.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs, including detailed data analysis
• Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements of ERP data
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting methodologies, data quality, and data structures

• Track KPI deviations, highlight key variances, and support the implementation of corrective actions

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or similar and have 10-12 years of work experience ideally in an international company
• You are characterized by technical and analytical skills across multiple process disciplines and supporting information systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
• You are familiar with PowerBI - Setup, Maintain, Debugging, Row Level Security functions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Experience with scripting in VBA and Python is a plus
• Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams round off your profile
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C2-Level)
