Job summary

Confidential, a global manufacturing organization, seeks a Multi-Site Plant Leader to oversee complex operations and drive operational excellence across multiple facilities. You will own end-to-end plant performance including manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, CI, and site administration.

The role requires building high-performing teams, delivering growth, and leading strategic transformations such as capacity expansion and productivity initiatives, while ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Full P&L ownership experience for a plant, business unit, or multi-site operation.
• Hands-on leadership in metal stamping and plastic injection molding.
• Strong background in high-volume, precision manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading business transformation and expansion initiatives.
• Sound knowledge of automotive/industrial manufacturing quality systems and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and productivity tools.
• Proven customer-facing leadership including managing strategic customer relationships and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management, site leadership, or responsibility for a significant manufacturing business unit.
• Full P&L ownership experience for a manufacturing plant, business unit, or multi‑site operation, including responsibility for revenue, cost management, profitability, and capital investments.
• Hands-on leadership experience in both metal stamping and plastic injection molding manufacturing operations is required.
• Strong background in high-volume, precision manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading business transformation, organizational change, operational turnaround, capacity expansion, or new facility development initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in building organizational capability and driving sustainable performance improvements in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Sound knowledge of automotive and/or industrial manufacturing quality systems and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and productivity management tools.
• Demonstrated customer-facing leadership experience, including managing strategic customer relationships, business reviews, and complex operational escalations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, capital investments, and operational profitability.
