Prolifics Corporation is seeking a MuleSoft Lead for our development centre in India, based in Hyderabad. This permanent role requires strong architectural and leadership skills to deliver API-led integration projects using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

You will guide design, review architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions across Salesforce, SAP, databases, and cloud platforms.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
  • Architect scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions based on API-led connectivity principles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define integration patterns, design reusable assets (RAML, DataWeave, connectors), and establish best practices.
  • Create and review High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture standards.
• Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to‑end MuleSoft delivery projects, from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and integration engineers; conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting (Optional / Desired)
  • Participate in discovery sessions and technical workshops with customers to understand requirements and propose integration strategies.
  • Support proposal creation, effort estimation, and technical solutioning for RFP/RFI responses.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders, demonstrating the value of integration in driving business transformation.
• Technical Implementation
  • Develop and configure MuleSoft flows, APIs, and connectors using Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and API Manager.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments to CloudHub 1.0, CloudHub 2.0, or Runtime Fabric, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and design principles for all MuleSoft projects.
  • Lead adoption of DevOps, Agile, and continuous improvement practices to streamline integration delivery.
  • Stay current with MuleSoft updates, integration trends, and API management advancements, bringing innovation into projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
  • Extensive experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Partner Manager, Exchange, and Anypoint Code Builder.
  • Proficient in both CloudHub 1.0 and 2.0 deployment models; experience with hybrid deployment is preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions using API-led architecture, integration patterns, microservices, and domain-driven design.
  • Experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce, SAP, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and containerization concepts (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Hands‑on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and DataWeave transformations.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft Automation components such as RPA, IDP, Composer, and MuleSoft Partner Manager is a plus.
  • Exposure to API security, OAuth2, and performance tuning best practices.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer is expected.
• Leadership & Communication
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Able to translate technical designs into business values and outcomes.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing consulting role, with a passion for understanding customer challenges and proposing impactful solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred)
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect – Level 1
  • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect – Level 1
