MSS Lead – IAM & PAM Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Lead to oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Managed Services projects across multiple IAM and PAM technologies. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MSS engagement, manage client engagements, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Project Leadership

• Lead IAM and PAM MSS projects for enterprise clients.
• Manage project timelines, SLAs, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Service Delivery Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of IAM/PAM managed services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
• Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and service disruptions.

Incident & Problem Management

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex IAM/PAM issues across platforms (One Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.

Change & Release Management

• Coordinate planned changes, upgrades, and patches for IAM/PAM systems with minimal business impact.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with ITIL processes.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards for system health, performance, and security posture.
• Provide regular service reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends and improvement areas.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize IAM/PAM processes and enhance automation.
• Drive adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in identity security.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary contact for managed service clients, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Conduct periodic service reviews and roadmap discussions.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor support engineers and analysts in IAM/PAM operations.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and maintain updated runbooks and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Experience

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 8 years in IAM/PAM projects.
• 5+ years in leading MSS projects for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with One Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and privileged account security.
• Knowledge of integration with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM).
• Platform Administration: Strong hands‑on experience managing IAM/PAM tools including patching, upgrades, and health checks.
• Incident & Problem Resolution: Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and privileged access issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, or APIs for routine IAM/PAM tasks.
• Integration Knowledge: Expertise in integrating IAM/PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and cloud platforms.
• Monitoring & Compliance: Experience with system monitoring, audit reporting, and compliance with SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• ITIL & Service Management: Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CyberArk Trustee or Defender
• SailPoint IdentityIQ Certified Engineer
• One Identity Certified Professional
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
