Job summary

Wowelse in Coimbatore is seeking a Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor to craft scroll-stopping visuals for entertainment, cinema, corporate brands and D2C campaigns.

You will edit reels and promos, design 2D motion graphics using After Effects, and accelerate workflows with AI tools like Kling AI, Runway and CapCut AI. A strong showreel and 2–3 years agency or multi-brand experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in motion design and video editing (agency or multi-brand experience a plus).
• Strong showreel showing both motion design and edited video content.
• Proficiency in After Effects and 2D animation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-retention social content: reels, ads, product videos, and brand films.
• Cinema/entertainment edits: promos, countdowns, audience reels.
• Design kinetic typography, logo reveals, lower thirds, and explainers in After Effects.
• Leverage AI tools to storyboard, generate visuals, and speed up edits.
• Deliver platform-ready formats for 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1.

We’re on the hunt for a versatile Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor who can switch effortlessly between slick corporate storytelling, punchy commercial ads, and high-octane movie edits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Multi-Vertical Social Content: Edit high-retention Reels, ad creatives, product videos, and brand films across diverse industries.
• Cinema & Entertainment Edits: Cut high-energy release promos, movie countdowns, audience reaction reels, and trend-driven entertainment content.
• Motion Graphics & 2D Animation: Design kinetic typography, logo reveals, lower thirds, promo graphics, and explainer animations using After Effects.
• AI-Enhanced Production: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Kling AI, Runway, Higgsfield, CapCut AI) to storyboard, generate visuals, and accelerate editing turnarounds.
• Platform-Ready Formats: Deliver mastered, high-converting video assets optimized for 9:16 (Reels/Shorts), 16:9 (YouTube/Big Screens), and 1:1.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Versatile Storyteller: Ability to adapt editing styles — from clean, professional brand films to fast-paced, mass-culture movie & trend edits with killer audio sync.
• Experience: 2–3 years in motion design and video editing (agency or multi-brand experience is a huge plus).
• Core Stack:
