Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking a Motion & Video Editor who can think beyond execution. You will handle social media content, campaigns, and AI-generated visuals while mentoring a young team. Strong client liaison and creative leadership are essential.

Role requires curating concepts, producing high-quality motion graphics, and delivering campaigns from ideation to final edit with a consistent visual language.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media, campaigns, trends, audience personas, motion graphics, AI-generated videos and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle clients and manage a team.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos using Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of design, storytelling, pacing, typography and animation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and content formats.
• Ability to understand personas and audience behaviour.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in team management or mentoring.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, present ideas and manage feedback.
• Manage and mentor junior designers/editors, delegate work and ensure quality and timely delivery.

• 35 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing / Social Media Content.
• Strong command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Seedance or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of design, storytelling, pacing, typography and animation.
