Qualifications

• 3+ years of US residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Relieving letter is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners or 15 days notice preferred.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite mortgage files end-to-end in live environments.
• Apply 4 C's and AUS guidelines to assess risk.
• Verify income and asset documents for approvals.
• Handle post-closing tasks and file review.
